Thank you for considering commissioning me! Make sure you read my terms of service, as you agree to them when you commission me. If there are any questions, feel free to contact me beforehand. Thank you for understanding!Here is an overview of what I draw and what I am not comfortable with due to not enough experience or no interest.

Do

  • Female characters only

  • Feminine/androgynous defined characters*

  • Chibis (female and male possible)

  • FFXIV characters

  • Characters with animal traits/Kemonomimis

  • SFW and slight NSFW (boobies are okay ♥)

  • Simple backgrounds

  • Simple animation like blinking, winking etc (additional fee)

Don't

  • Males - * Chibis, feminine defined characters are okay, I am just not comfortable enough with male anatomy

  • Furry or pets (Fairies are okay, Carbuncle I can try but not guarantee)

  • Fanart

  • NSFW ( exceptions possible )

  • Mecha

  • Gore or violence, slight amount of blood is okay

  • Heavily detailed armor, weapons or tattoos

  • Detailed backgrounds

Payment & Accepting Commissions

  • Payment will be in Euro through Paypal. Full payment must be made within 5 days, preferably within 24 hours, of me accepting the commission.

  • If unpaid you will lose your commission slot. I won’t start until payment has been sent.

  • Refund only if I haven't started the commission yet. Once I started I can no longer refund you.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commissions if I am not comfortable with it or if I believe it is out of my ability. I want to provide the best I can.

  • If you’re being disrespectful against me I will also cancel your commission. You will receive the current state of the commission, but I won’t refund you.

  • I try my best to finish the commission within a reasonable timeframe. This can vary between 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months. In most cases I am done after a week, but it depends on the amount of commissions I am working on. If you have a short deadline for your commission let me know ahead - additional fees will be charged.

  • 2 revisions possible. Every additional bigger change costs a fee. I will send you the sketch and a WIP with flat colors before the final piece. After I finish the commission, no changes can be made. Minor changes or mistakes on my side (like forgetting clearly visible details) are free of charge. Make sure you check if important features are missing!

Other Info

  • Commissioned work is for non-profit personal use ONLY. Using my work for your stream is okay, as long as you provide a credit link to my pages. If you want to print merchandise with my artwork or other commercial work (including streams generating monetization), please contact me via twitter or email. Rough estimate: x2 for streams , x3 for merchandise.

  • I reserve full rights of the commissioned art. Your commissioned art may be displayed in my portfolio, shown on social media, streamed on Twitch or other platforms online and offline for advertisement purposes. I will not sell any merchandise of your commission. If you want to stay anonymous for any reason make sure to clarify this.

  • You can upload my commission on your Social Media as long as you provide a credit link for any of my pages. You may also print the commission for your personal enjoyment like a phone case or poster - no distribution for profit.

  • You’re not allowed to alternate the artwork without my consent.

  • - No NFT usage

Glad you’re interested in my work! Contact me via Twitter (@elwing_ffxiv) or mail with as much information as you can provide of your character that is relevant. Make sure to focus on important things rather than paragraphs and clear reference pictures for the best result. I also appreciate if you can provide a simple stick figure drawing or reference picture of a wanted pose or composition.
Here is an example what should be included:

  • Your name or handle so I know how to address you!

  • Commission type

  • Your characters personality/expressions

  • Important features (scars, freckles, accessoires, tattoos..)

  • Any other information ( e.g. your character only wears blue, is blind, always carries a dagger around..)

  • Character Sheet / Ingame screenshots for FFXIV characters (make sure they are in good lighting), details showing

  • Bonus: providing a stick figure drawing or pose references of your idea!

Icon & Emotes - 15€
Chibi
Sketch - 25€ / simple colour - 30€ / fullcolour - 45€I can animate your Icon or Chibi like blinking, winking or other simple animations for an additional fee. Leave a note in your order and we can discuss if your desired animation is possible and the additional price.All commissions will be in 300 dpi and following size:
Chibis - 1000 x 1000 px
Portraits - 1000 x 1000 px
Halfbody - 2480 x 1748 px

Sketch
Portrait - 25€ / Halfbody - 35€accent colour or simple colour +5€ / simple shading +10€More examples can be found in my gallery.
